Indian Air Force fighter jet Sukhoi PM Modi lays two terms in front of Russia

New Delhi. India has put a condition in front of Russia and put Russian into prostitution. India has told Russia that when the transfer of full scale technology of Russia Sukhoi 30 MKI is not available to India, then it would not possible for Indian government to produce and developed fifth generation fighter jet's called FGFA. It has been informed from the defense sources that this decision has been taken at a higher level so that no mistake can be repeated again.

55717 Crores Worth

India and Russia are jointly producing the fifth generation Sukhoi 30 MKI fighter jet, for which India has paid the cost of Rs 55,717 crore. The Deal of Fighter Jet with Russia is aimed at developing the manufacturing capabilities of Fighter Jet in the country and that too without any help. Contract between the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Russia was developed to develop 272 Sukhoi. Of these 272, 240 have been manufacturing by HAL. HAL has assembled jets from Russia in India through import kits. Sources say that HAL can not build Sukhoi itself right now. The cost of HAL-made Sukhoi is around 450 crore rupees and if these jets are imported from Russia then their price will increase to Rs 100 crore.

What is this program?

In order to create the fifth generation fighter Jet Sukhoi, a deal was signed between Vision Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA) program between India and Russia in 2007. On September 11, 2010, the two countries agreed to the program and in December 2010 there was an MOU sign between the two. Under this program, a cost of $ 30 billion was estimated in the construction of 250 Sukhoi, in which a Sukhoi cost was estimated to be around $ 100 million.

Russia is Putting Pressure

Russia is constantly putting pressure on India to finalize the FGFA Research and Development contract. India now wants to know from Russia whether the money will be enough after spending 25 billion dollars on 127 Sukhoi for India. The $ 295 million contract in which the deal was signed in 2007 was related to the primary design of this jet.

Two conditions kept by India

India has placed two conditions in front of Russia, the first condition is that the technology of this jet should be transferred to India so that in future these jets can be manufactured in India and enable India to upgrade it with new weapons. The second condition is that Russia will directly help India in developing the Advanced Medieval Combat Aircraft (AMCA) made in the country. Work on the design of AMCA has started.

IAF did not like the new Sukhoi

It is very important as one of the sources said, because a committee headed by an Air Marshal, which includes a Professor of IIT Kanpur, former head of HAL and the head of National Aerospace Laboratories, is testing new Sukhoi. This new Sukhoi is also called T-50 or Pak-FA. The committee report will come in April, after which there will be a final decision. Indian Air Force is not happy with the T-50.

Russia made promise to India

Although Russia has promised India that the Indian FGFA will be completely different from Sukhoi T-50, with more powerful engines and other capabilities. Under R & D contract both Russia and India will contribute $ 4 billion.
